ARCADIS GRiP: C-Suite Direct Mail Campaign

ARCADIS, a global engineering services company, needed to promote their Guaranteed Remediation Program, GRiP®, to 200 highly qualified prospects. An integrated campaign, designed to reach corporate financial officers, took shape as a luxury mailer which held an overview brochure and incentive gift. The goals of the campaign would not be realized, though, if ARCADIS did not create a dialog with it’s prospects and engage them with valuable industry insights. Understanding this, Hero developed a white paper offer to be included in the mailer and delivered via a microsite that echoed the contents of the overview brochure. Fulfillment, provided by Hero, included pre-delivery and post-delivery phone calls and tight integration with the entire sales process. This campaign is on-going but the early results in website analytics and sales response are strong.
