Globus Presidents’s Symposium Invitation

Each year, the Globus President’s Symposium is hosted in a different city. Our client asked Hero to design an invitation that captured the spirit of this year’s city, Vancouver, British Columbia. We created illustrations inspired by the native cultures of Vancouver, and we bound the booklet together with a traditional Japanese binding technique. To reduce costs, we decided the color would come from the paper and that a white silk screen of illustrations would provide the drama we wanted.
