National Repertory Orchestra '09 Season Campaign

In the second year of our work for the NRO, we pushed the design forward once again, to build on the success of the 2008 season. A violin became the primary symbol of the season. It captured the vibrant beauty of the music, the orchestra and their home in Breckenridge, Colorado. A trio of instruments—the violin, trumpet and french horn—were featured throughout the season’s collateral and merchandise. Hero also produced a beautiful, lettterpress poster to commemorate 2009, the NRO’s 50th anniversary season.

For a second straight year the NRO has seen great value from their investment in design. As in the previous year, the NRO experienced a 15 percent increase in ticket sales and greater public awareness, measured by website traffic and editorial coverage. Bravo!
